Konsep VLAN (Cisco Switch)


Teori :

Konsep VLAN digunakan untuk membagi LAN menjadi beberapa Virtual LAN. untuk menggunakan VLAN dalam LAN harus menggunakan switch yang managable misalnya cisco catalyst 2960.

berikut ini manfaat VLAN.

  • Membagi LAN menjadi beberapa Broadcast domain

topologi :

VLAN 1 (Fa0/11,Fa0/12)== SW == (Fa0/15,Fa0/16) VLAN 3

                         ||
                   (Fa0/13,Fa0/14)
                        VLAN 2

Perintah yang digunakan dalam praktek berikut:

  • show vlan brief
  • configure terminal
  • vlan 2
  • name
  • interface range
  • switchport access vlan 2
//perintah ini digunakan untuk menampilkan list vlan dalam switch. terdapat 5 vlan,
//dimana interface Fa0 dan Gig pada switch secara default masuk ke VLAN 1

Berikutnya membuat VLAN 3. untuk membuat vlan 3 kita dapat gunakan cara yang lebih dibandingkan cepat dibandingkan cara pertama sebagai berikut :

Note : konfigurasi vlan yang sudah dilakukan akan disimpan dalam file vlan.dat. untuk menyimpan keseluruhan konfigurasi gunakan perintah berikut
